Grand Master Tomi Harell, Founder and Chief Instructor of FMA COMBATIVES FINLAND (Kombatan, Abaniko Tres Puntas, Kalis Ilustrisimo and Modern Mano Mano Finland) is recognitioned as Lakan Walo (8th Degree) GrandMaster in March 2018 in Philippines by FiIipino Grandmasters GM Samuel Bambit Dulay, GM Rene Tongson and many more. He is a 7th Dan Black Belt Kombatan and Mano Mano (GGM Ernesto A. Presas 2010), 2nd Dan Black Belt in Sin Moo Hapkido (GM Rami Vainionpaa 2004) and Instructor in Abaniko Tres Puntas International (GM Rene Tongson 2017) & Kalis Ilustrisimo (ms. Peachie Baroun Saguin 2018).

GM Tomi is training, teaching and sharing Filipino Martial Arts every day, it is his way of life.
